Directions to the 2011 National Sheepdog Trial

  • From Interstate 70 at Glenwood Springs Take exit 116 for CO-82 E toward Glenwood Springs/Aspen, .2 miles

  • Turn left at CO-82 E, .2 miles

  • Take the 2nd right onto CO-82 E/Grand Ave

  • Continue to follow CO-82, 15.4 miles

  • Turn left at Catherine Stone Rd/Co Rd 100, 2.3 miles

  • Slight right at Co Rd 102 , .2 miles

  • Strang Ranch will be on the left

  • Strang Ranch, home of the 2011 National Sheepdog Finals, 393 County Road 102, Carbondale, CO 81623

Flying into Carbondale

The major airport for Colorado is Denver International Airport (DIA). It is possible to rent a car in Denver and drive to the 2011 National Sheepdog Finals Trial Grounds. The one-way trip is approximately 195 miles and takes approximately 3 !/2 hours.
